History:
Growing up in Toronto, Canada, Roxxie was as she would like to call it a part of the 'goldfish' community. Where life seemed to be like a goldfish bowl where everyone knew each others business and everyone seemed to follow all the same trends, the same opinions...except the young rocker herself Roxxie Love. From a young age she began to worship music, bands like The Clash, Ramones and Nirvana heavily influenced her in life but she still always only took a little from each highly opinionated band to form her own little world in which she was always right and everyone else should have been ashamed of themselves.
Her strong opinions made up for the fact that Rox didn't have much of a personality anywhere else in her life, she couldn't express herself in her older sister's old clothes that were always too big for the under developed little girl. As if to rebel against this Roxxie went against everything her Father would give her and refused to follow any rules. This small but effective act of rebellious teenage behavior against her only guardian was enough to send her out of control. First the drugs and then the paranoia, then came to the depression.
After several years and many many different schools Roxxie has managed to re-invent herself as a half decent, half normal kid but that warped little girl is always close by and isn't hard to find. She shows her darker ways more when taking part in her art classes or in the lyrics of her music. Her look if rather dark and almost punk that but more modern and slacker view of punk. Although she still refuses to call herself a punk she friends with most similar to her but is attacted more to the rebelious attitdues that match her own.
A strict vegetarian and active animal rights acitivist she still finds her own little ways to break away from the norms of every day society, she has the potential to be a good student but just refuses to take part in any learning. She would much rather go sit in the parking lot and get wasted.
Family:
Drew Love (mother) // Kyle Love (father)
Drew was born in London, England but moved to Canada to marry and make a life with Kyle. In Toronto they two children, a girl and a boy. That was of course until their thrid came along, Roxxie was a mistake but she always got the same amount of care and affection as the others.
Her Father a producer of a record label they were quite well off and the typical Canadian family until Drew died leaving the family broken down and confused.
Paul Love (brother)
Now twenty one Paul still lives in Toronto working as a musician as part of a punk band. Rox grew up looking up to her brother as she always saw him the only person fit to be her guidance as a child. He liked the same music, had the same type of friends, there was only one difference. Unlike Roxxie, Paul wasn't very intelligent so he failed most of his classes, she followed this example and just didn't try in class even though she had the ability to pass.
Sadie Love (sister)
Sadie and Roxxie were never the pair to get along, she was only two years older than her younger sister but Sadie was everything Rox wasn't. She had the perfect curvey figure whilst Ash was a scrawney little kid, long blond hair, Roxxie's was died red. A major clash between the two and they were constantly fighting. Roxxie's first long term boyfriend was deemed unsuitable for her so Sadie took it upon herself to take him on, in affect stealing her sisters first love. Something they have never seen eye to eye about. According to Rox her sister is simply a whore.

Sitting sprawled out on the couch in the lounge Roxxie made herself comfy, as usual she always chose late hours to work and wanted to finish writing a song she was half way though. Of course after being in the studio for several hours and hogging up the valuable space she had been told to go elsewhere to write and considering that she rest of the band was...well she wasn't quite sure but either way she hadn't seen them all day. Roxxie herself had been at home for most of the day working on the finishing touches of that art piece she had been working on for a week and stressing her out to the extent of her writing taking a hit. Anyway now the damn thing was done and her mind was bursting with lyrics.
No doubt she would get the same reaction as she got to the majority of their song, they were too advanced, too mature. Apparently you weren't allowed to sing about sex if you were sixteen...going against the label in the band's rebelling ways of course they were bashed over the head by the media who had something against them anyway. Oh well, never mind. Either way the fans seemed to love what they were doing so why on earth would they stop. They were meant to be a young, fresh, rebellious band and how would they do that following all the rules; rules were meant to be broken, now there's an overused phrase we see so often.
Closing those icy baby blues gave her a moment of thought, a moment to work out where this song was going. Her acoustic rested on the arm of the couch but her lap was only occupied by the infamous littleblackbook of hers. Her journal, come doodle pad, come lyric diary...it was the only thing she really needed to get her by. That and a pen of course as it would seem useless without one but that goes without saying really. Clad in her usual attire Roxxie war a short red and black tartan skirt that as she had slumped onto the couch had risen dangerously high yet no one was about so there was no real danger. Her upper body was hugged tightly by a black Ramones band t-shirt that seemed to cling to her like a second skin, a little worn out but more reason to love it. Her arms decorated in random spiked leather (fake of course) cuffs it was contrasted with plastic brightly colored bands.
Her ivory skin that was visible from the hem of her plaid skirt was equally as blinding all the way to the tips of her toes; her feet viable because she had kicked off those comfy punkrose shoes. Platinum hair fell in front of her soft features as she titled her head up but she quickly flicked them back. Roxxie's eyes opened and she started to jot things down right away. On the top of the page there were in all capital letters as all of the titles of her songs were; 'GET BUSY WITH THE FIZZY'. Running her tongue smoothly across her bottom lip she then began to hum the words trying to figure out the tune and what would soon follow.
